He helps her move around, warns her about danger and gives her emotional support. 2. In what other ways can animals improve people’s lives? Animals can help people with disabilities, reduce stress as therapy animals and rescue people in emergencies. Pets also improve mental health by giving companionship. 3. Is it fair to use animals to help us in dangerous situations? Why / Why not? It can be fair if animals are well trained and protected and can save lives.
