7. Write your article. Doing sport is one of the best things we can do for our health, even if it can be difficult to follow a routine. Sport keeps our bodies strong, improves our mood, and helps us stay energetic throughout the day. It also reduces stress and can even prevent many illnesses, so it’s important to make it a regular part of our lives. This holiday, I’m planning to do several sports that I really enjoy. First, I want to go swimming because it trains the whole body and makes me feel relaxed. I’m also going to ride my bicycle around my town, as it’s a fun way to explore new places. Finally, I will go running in the evenings because it helps me clear my mind after a busy day. To make sure I do these sports regularly, I’ve created a simple weekly schedule. I plan to swim twice a week, cycle every weekend, and run three evenings a week. I will also ask a friend to join me so we can motivate each other. By setting small goals and choosing activities I enjoy, I’m confident that I will stay active throughout the holiday. Staying healthy doesn’t have to be hard—you just need a bit of planning and the right attitude!
