7. Listen and fill in the gaps. My favourite dish is (1) borsh. It is a national dish of Ukraine. All you need to cook it is cabbage, a few pieces of (2) meat, some beetroots, (3) potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, an onion, greens, spices and some (4) sour cream. (5) Boil the meat, peel and (6) cut the vegetables. Then put them all into the (7) saucepan. Add spices and (8) salt it. Put some sour cream into the (9) plate.
