7. Imagine you are creating a healthy meal for yourself. What foods would you put on your plate? Draw your healthy plate on a piece of paper. Label each part of the plate with the food you choose (e.g., “carrots”, “chicken” “rice”). You can use colour to make your plate look more attractive. Then describe your healthy plate. On my plate, I have grilled chicken. It gives me protein. I also have rice because it gives me energy. There are some carrots and cucumbers — they are vegetables and full of vitamins. I add an apple for dessert because it is healthy and sweet. This meal is tasty and good for my body.
