3. Now practise the whole of Part. Work in groups of three. One student is the teacher and the other two students are Student A and Student B. The teacher reads the script, while Student A and B answer the questions. Then change roles until everyone has had a turn at being the teacher.

Teacher: Good morning. Can I have your mark sheets, please?

Student A: Good morning. Here you are.

Student B: Good morning. Here you are.

Teacher: What's your name?

Student A: My name is Anna.

Teacher: How old are you?

Student A: I'm 14 years old.

Teacher: What's your name?

Student B: My name is Max.

Teacher: How old are you?

Student B: I'm 15 years old.

Teacher: Thank you.

Student A: I watch TV every evening for about an hour.

Teacher: How do you get to school every day?

Student B: I usually walk to school because it is close to my house.

Teacher: Tell us about your favourite teacher.

Student A: My favourite teacher is my English teacher. She is kind, friendly and makes the lessons interesting.

Teacher: What kind of food do you like?

Student B: I like Italian food, especially pizza and pasta.

Teacher: How much time do you spend online?

Student A: I spend about two hours online every day. I use the internet for homework and chatting with my friends.

Teacher: What hobbies do you have?

Student B: I enjoy playing football, riding my bike and listening to music.

Teacher: Which do you like most: reading or listening to music? Why?

Student A: I prefer listening to music because it helps me relax.

Teacher: Which do you like best, Saturdays or Sundays? Why?

Student B: I like Saturdays best because I don't have school and I can spend time with my family and friends.
