a) Look at the magazine covers below and write tour opinions about what these magazines are like. Use the phrases starting with ‘I (don’t) think’, ‘I belirve’ etc. I think the first magazine “Fuzz” has got lost of information about music. And there are posters with famous singers and bands. The second magazine “Sabina’s Secret” is a girlish one. I believe there is a great variety of topics in this magazine, plus horoscope and a cartoon. The third magazine “The planet of knowledge” is on educational one. I think it has a lot of information above our planet and our living on it. The fourth magazine is called “One hundred of talents”, and I believe it has a lot of useful information for girls and boys that can help them to reveal their talents. b) Work in pairs. Share your opinions and beliefs about magazines. Then report your partner’s opinions. Magazine is one of the major mass media. Magazines provide information on a wide range of topics. Some magazines entertain their readers with fiction, poetry, photography or articles about TV or movie stars. Magazines unlike newspapers, do not focus on daily, rapidly changing events, and that’s why my parents prefer to buy newspapers, because they want to be aware of everything and don’t miss something.
