Work in pairs. Look at the dieshes on pages 91-92 of your Pupil's Book. Add two more Ukrainian specialties and write down brief descriptions of them (similar to the ones in task 7 of your Student's Book.) Banush Decades ago, banush was a dish associated with poverty, but today it’s staple food which is served in best rstauraunts. It’s made of corn grits, fried pork and cheese.
