It decorates particular places. 5. No, I don’t. Sometimes they are painted in inappropriate place. 6. Yes, it is one of the youths movement. But some people do beautiful graffiti and others just spoil surfaces. 7. If the building is old it is rather nice to add some beautiful piece of art there.
