He was born in Austria in 1756. He started playing different musical instruments at the age of four. He began composing at the age of five. From the age of six he toured Europe and gave concerts in Austria, Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland. He wrote symphonies and several great operas. His most important works include «The Marriage of Figaro» and «The Magic Flute».
