Му mother has а cookery book. But І usually follow recipes from the Internet. І want to share а recipe of veggie omelette with you. Heat оіl or butter in your frying pan. Slice your favourite vegetables. (І use tomatoes, mushrooms and red bell peppers). Put them in your frying pan and fry for about 4-5 minutes. Remove them from the frying pan. Beat З eggs with 2 tablespoons of milk, and а bit of salt. Pour the mixture into the frying pan. When the eggs are almost ready, add cheese and vegetables to one side of the omelette. When the cheese has slightly melted, fold the omelette and press out any remaining uncooked egg. Remove from heat and eat.
