7. What dishes can you cook? Write a recipe for something tasty!

Creamy Garlic Pasta.

Ingredients: 200 g pasta, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp butter, 100 ml cream, 50 g grated cheese, Salt and pepper, Parsley (optional).

Method:

Boil the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes.

While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a pan.

Add the chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute.

Pour in the cream and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Add the cheese and stir until it melts.

Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot with parsley on top if you like.

This dish takes about 15 minutes and is delicious with a salad or some toasted bread.
