1. Pork dish.

Our chef made a pork dish. First, the pork pieces were fried. Then they were roasted in the oven or barbecued. After that, a sauce was added. The chef said the dish is delicious but shouldn’t be frozen.

2. Vegetable stew.

Our chef cooked a vegetable stew. First, the onion and garlic were fried. Then the aubergines were grilled. The stew was stirred with a wooden spoon and cooked slowly. It was seasoned with salt and pepper.

3. Rice with prawns.

Our chef made rice with prawns. The dish was cooked slowly on the stove and wasn’t allowed to boil. The chef tasted it regularly and added salt and pepper. It was served with steamed rice and fresh bread.
