I’d like to visit London, because it’s the capital and the most interesting city in the UK. It stands on the River Thames in the couth east of the island of Great Britain. London was founded in the first century AD by the Romans, who named it Londinium. London has so many places of interest that even the week will be not enough to see all of them. The most famous places that I’d like to visit are. Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, The Coca-Cola London Eye, Madame Tussaud’s Museum, Westminster Abbey and I. Paul’s Cathedral. London has a lot of galleries and museums, such as: the British Museum, the Tate Galleries, the National Gallery, which are famous all over the world London is also a big sports centre, that hosted Olympic Games many times. London’s most popular sport is football. I’ll go to London by plane and visit the famous places by taking the double-decker bus tour.
