4. Choose the correct words to complete the story. My favourite object is this cup. I was given it two years ago when I won a race cycling competition. I have always enjoyed watching races but I was persuaded to take part by my dad. I was very fit at the time and he thought I could win. I remember the day very well. I drove / was driven to the event by my parents. When we got there, I was asked to say my name and I was told where to go. I was so proud when I came first. I’ll never forget that day.
