2. Work in pairs. Number the photos in order and then use them to describe what you do at an international airport. 1. You arrive at the airport and go to the check–in desk. You show your passport, your ticket, and you check in your luggage. The assistant gives you your boarding pass. 2. Then you go to security. You put your bag, coat, phone, and metal objects into a tray. You walk through the security scanner. 3. After security, you enter the departure area. You can look at the screens to check your gate number. You may shop, eat, or wait until boarding starts. 4. When your gate opens, you go to the gate and wait in line. You show your boarding pass again. 5. You board the plane. You walk through the jet bridge, find your seat, put your hand luggage in the overhead locker, and sit down. 6. The plane takes off. You listen to the safety instructions and get ready for the flight.
