1. Listen and read the text. Make up the outline of its plot. 1. Winter is a beautiful and wonderful season with snow-covered trees. 2. Children like to play outdoors: have snowball fights, make snowmen, sledge, skate, and ski. 3. When it’s very cold and windy (below –10 °C), it’s better to stay indoors and wear warm clothes. 4. At the end of winter, the snow melts, forming streams and puddles — it’s called a thaw. 5. People are not sad because spring is coming soon.
