7. Write a letter complaining about meal to the manager of the restaurant.

Dear manager of the “Orange” restaurant!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the meals that we had at your restaurant. We had a family meal there on the 20^th of May.

We ordered a steak and asked it to be well-done, but the waitress forgot to mention this at the kitchen and served us with raw steak. Besides, it was too salty.

Our kids ordered 3 glasses of orange juice and 3 ice-creams. It took more than 20 minutes for the waitress to bring the order and the ice-cream was melted.

All in all we paid more than 1000 UAH but I think it’s too expensive for such poor service.
