b) Write the recipe of your favourite dish.

Pizza on the frying pan.

Ingredients:

2 eggs; 4 tbsp of sour cream, pinch of salt, pinch of baking soda.

Stuffing 110g minced beef. 1 chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped pepper, 1 chopped onion, 100g grated cheese.

Mix all ingredients for the dough, pour on the heated frying pan, spread staffing over the dough, cover for 5 minutes.
