AIR POLLUTION

Air pollution is a serious environmental problem. It happens when harmful gases, smoke and dust enter the atmosphere. The main reasons are cars, factories, power plants and burning waste.

Air pollution can harm our health and cause breathing problems. It also damages plants, water and soil. In addition, it can affect the climate.

We can reduce air pollution in several ways. People should use public transport, walk or ride bikes more often. We should also save electricity and recycle rubbish. Governments and companies should use clean energy.

If everyone helps, we can make our environment cleaner, healthier and safer.
