BIG TEST 1B: 2

Task 2. Write a blog post (120-150 words) about your favourite youth subculture. Include: • its name; • its opinions and beliefs; • what its followers wear; • what music they listen to; • why you like this subculture.

MY FAVOURITE YOUTH SUBCULTURE

My favourite youth subculture is skaters. They value creativity, risk and freedom. They usually wear T-shirts, baggy jeans or shorts, trainers and caps. Their hair is often long and messy. They listen to music with a fast rhythm.

I like skaters because they are active, creative and independent. They enjoy skateboarding, spend time with friends and prefer comfort to fashion trends.
