Teleconferencing also helps people a lot. Students can study online, have lessons in real time and do projects together. Many people can work at a distance and have online meetings with their colleagues.

Social networking sites give us instant interaction and entertainment. We can chat, share photos and videos, comment on posts and join different groups.

There are many advantages of Internet communication: it is fast, cheap and easy to use, and it gives us a lot of useful information. But there are also disadvantages. People sometimes spend too much time online, forget about face-to-face communication and may have problems with their eyes or health. There can also be cyberbullying and problems with privacy. That is why we should use Internet communication carefully and wisely.
