1. I come from Ukraine, so my native language is Ukrainian.

2. In my family we also speak Russian and sometimes English at home.

3. We celebrate traditional holidays like Christmas, Easter and Independence Day.

4. On Christmas Eve we usually have a big family dinner with twelve dishes.

5. My grandparents told me many folk stories and taught me Ukrainian songs.

6. At school I learn about famous Ukrainian writers, artists and historical events.

7. My family often visits theatres and museums to learn more about our culture.

8. We respect our national symbols, such as the flag, the coat of arms and the anthem.

9. I enjoy listening to Ukrainian modern music as well as folk music.

10. I am proud of my cultural background and I want to share it with my foreign friends.
