Tower Bridge is one of the most famous bridges in London. It crosses the River Thames near the Tower of London. The bridge was opened in 1894. It has two tall towers and a road between them. The middle part of the bridge can be raised to let big ships go under it. Thousands of tourists visit Tower Bridge every day and take photos. Today it is not only a useful bridge, but also a symbol of London.
