A: When I was a child, I lived in a small village. I played outside with my friends every day, went to a local school and spent my holidays at my grandparents’ house.

B: My childhood is rather like yours. My life in primary school appears similar to yours, because I also went to a small local school. My daily routine seems like yours: I did my homework in the afternoon and then played football. Your relationship with your grandparents resembles mine and reminds me of my own summers in the country. Our free time has a lot in common: what you did at weekends is pretty much the same as what I did, and your school timetable is comparable to mine.

But in some ways my childhood is nothing like yours. My home town is totally different from your village. My hobbies vary greatly from yours: you liked reading, but I loved sport, so my free time has very little in common with yours. My family traditions are quite unlike yours and my life in the city bears little resemblance to your village life. Also, my experience with computers differs dramatically from yours: I played computer games every day, but you almost never used a computer.
