E. Look at the announcement in the Writing section at the back of the book. You are interested in taking part, but you need to find out about:

Dear Ms Martins,

I saw the announcement about the trip to Gough’s Cave and I am very interested in taking part. My name is Taras, I am 15 years old and I have little experience in caving.

Firstly, I would like to know how much the trip costs. Also, could you tell me if food and drink are provided? Finally, I was wondering where we should meet.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

Taras.
