2. Look at the photos. Why do you think each animal is in danger? Which do you think is most in danger? Give your reasons.

A tiger is often in danger because people destroy forests for farming and roads. Tigers also get hunted illegally for their skin or body parts, and this reduces their population quickly.

A snake can be in danger because humans are afraid of them and sometimes kill them. Also, pollution and loss of natural habitats reduce the places where snakes can live and hunt.

A fish is usually in danger because of water pollution and overfishing. If too many fish are caught or the water becomes dirty, their numbers can drop fast.

I think the tiger is the most in danger. There are very few tigers left in the wild compared to snakes or many fish species, and they need large areas of forest to survive. When that habitat disappears, they cannot easily adapt or move elsewhere.
