With strong adjectives we use the adverbs absolutely, really.

1. Last year we spent our summer holiday in an incredibly big house.

2. The 10–hour drive was extremely long and we were absolutely exhausted when we got there.

5. Everything about the house was really good.

6. We visited a palace, which was absolutely enormous.

7. It had a smaller building nearby, which was really ancient.
