1. Modern glass house (solar panels, glass walls).

Advantages: very bright with lots of natural light, energy–efficient (solar panels), modern and comfortable design;

Disadvantages: can feel too exposed (no privacy), expensive to build and heat/cool, hard to keep clean (glass walls);

2. Narrow house.

Advantages: very stylish and unusual design, often well–organised inside, good use of small space in a city;

Disadvantages: very limited space, can feel cramped, less storage space

3. Historic tower house.

Advantages: full of character and history, strong and durable structure, can feel cosy and unique;

Disadvantages:not very modern or energy–efficient, small windows – less light, stairs can be difficult to use.
