3. What mountains are there in Ukraine? – There are the Carpathian Mountains in the west and the Crimean Mountains in the south.

4. What is the highest mountain in Ukraine? – The highest mountain is Hoverla in the Carpathians (2,061 metres high).

5. What climate zones are there in Ukraine? – Most of Ukraine has a moderate continental climate, and in the southern part of Crimea the climate is subtropical.
