Abi: I’m so tired.

Jess: Really? What happened?

Abi: Well, on Monday my friend invited me to a party and I danced all evening. And on Tuesday, my sister asked me to go to the Plaza cinema with her. I didn’t like the film, it was really boring!

Jess: And on Wednesday?

Abi: I started a new tennis course and the lesson at 9.30. By the time I got home, it was 10 o’clock!

Jess: Wow! That’s late!

Abi: I know! Last night I didn’t want to do anything! I just stayed at home and watched TV!
