Banush

Decades ago, banush was a dish associated with poverty, but today it’s staple food which is served in best rstauraunts. It’s made of corn grits, fried pork and cheese.

Or cottage cheese pancakes, fried in a pan and topped with jam or sour cream. It’s one of the favourite Ukrainian desserts.
